The Canterbury Plan is a 2-story new home floor plan by Chafin Communities w/about 3,173-3,182 square feet. There are 5 to 6 bedrooms & 4 baths loft area upstairs. Guest Suite is on the main level with a full bathroom. Formal dining room or option for study. The great room opens to the kitchen with a separate breakfast area. The kitchen has a center work island w/bar stool seating. Mud room with valet. Upstairs has a loft area, primary suite, 3 secondary bedrooms, and 2 baths. The laundry room is upstairs. Optional 6th Bedroom in lieu of the loft.
