Two Story Floor Plans with Guest Suites

Many of our 2 Story floor plans have or offer the option of a full guest suite. Some of our guest suites have their own private full bath and closet and some have a door to the hall in it also.  

Main floor guest suites are very flexible spaces. They make ideal home offices because some are on the main level where you are close to everyone, but have a door for Zoom meetings. They also are great for home schooling centers, for the same reasons as the study. You get all of this flexible ways to use this space and add more value to your home than a regular study or loft would.

Our floor plans have guest suite on the main floor or second floor and sometimes on both. Some plans offer a guest suite included or as an optional upgrade.
