Ranches often offer the option for a Bonus Room up. 2 Stories often offer the option of a loft or enclosed media room up. Townhomes sometimes offer loft up options.

2 Stories can come with an open loft up or an enclosed media room up. 

• 2 Story plans can come with media rooms up or with 2 story great rooms that can be upgraded and built as an enclosed media room or loft up:
  • Most of these have the option of upgrading to enclosing the lofts in to create a media room.  
  • Some have the option of closing in the loft and creating a bedroom.
