Chafin Communities is proud to offer a comprehensive Smart Home package in all our homes, designed to enhance convenience, security, and energy efficiency. Our 2022 Smart Home package includes top-of-the-line products like the Kwikset Halo Smart Front Door Lock, Ecobee Smart Thermostat, Ring Doorbell, Echo Show 8, and two smart light switches. Each item is carefully selected to ensure seamless integration and ease of use.

To make your transition even smoother, we provide White Glove Set Up, ensuring that all devices are properly installed and ready to use from day one. Please note that the color and design of these products may vary depending on your home’s specific features.

For homes started after January 1, 2022, Chafin Communities reserves the right to substitute any product with a similar or equivalent model based on availability at the time of closing. This ensures that you receive a fully functional smart home experience without any compromise on quality.

You ALSO get Chafin’s Dedicated Tech Team setting it up and getting you launched.

Prior to closing (about 2 to 4 working days) a Chafin Technician will contact you
The technician will program all the devices we offer for you
The technician will then get you oriented and show you how to use each device
After your orientation, you get an additional three days of included tech support to make sure you are safely launched
