What’s in the Modern Farmhouse by Chafin design include?

Farmhouse style homes are in high demand throughout the Atlanta housing market. We have polled many of our buyers and we are listening. Chafin Communities is now offering our Modern Farmhouse option to homebuyers.  

Each designer has their own unique style to the Farmhouse look, and our in-house designer and her team have launched a new look for Chafin Communities called Modern Farmhouse. This blend of painted brick style combined with farmhouse aesthetics elevates the creativity of our home designs inside and out.

The fronts of the homes are white or very light greys/greiges, and the interiors are awash in bright whites with black accents. For example in the kitchen, we offer white shaker style cabinets in both painted and stained finishes, midnight black plumbing and lights fixtures, and a wide array of subway tile backsplashes. We have a number of standard features as well as upgraded packages you can choose from. Be sure to ask your onsite agent what’s available in your community.
