The Gourmet Kitchen Option

Chafin Communities offers this option for most of its floor plans and communities.

The gourmet kitchen layout is very popular today and can be built in a variety of ways to make it how today’s home buyers want.

The gourmet kitchen is an upgrade option and differs from the traditional kitchen layout.

The Gourmet Kitchen has:

• Built in Enlarged 36″ cooktop
• Vent hood over the cooktop
• Built in wall oven
• Built in microwave on top of wall oven
• Option to change the vent hood with a cabinet to a chimney style
• Option to change the single wall oven to double wall ovens

Note: Each community’s options vary and not all floor plans can be built with one, so the gourmet kitchen is only available at certain communities and in select plans.
