Primary Bathroom Options To Choose

The majority of our floor plans come with multiple ways to build the primary bathrooms.  Each plan has set location for the tub, shower, vanities, and/or linen closets. But almost every floor plan can be built with each option.

• Option #1 – Shower only with not tub and either open space, a bench, or a linen closet.  There is no tub with this layout.
• Option #2 – Shower and tub, with a linen closet IF the plan has space. The wall between the tub and shower will vary.
• Option #3 – Enlarged shower only with bench. There is no tub or extra linen closet. Some plans have room for two benches.

Every community has a layout that is included in every plan and has unique upgrade options, so please see the onsite agent for details on what you are interested in. These PHOTOS DO INCLUDE more upgrades not included in the different bath options: the tile flooring, the type of shower pan, the type of shower door, the cabinet colors and hardware, the lighting, and more. Option #1 – Shower Only With No Tub

Either with open space, a bench, or a linen closet. There is no tub with this layout.

Option #2 – Shower And Tub

With a linen closet IF the plan has space.

Option #3 – Enlarged Shower Only With Custom Built In Bench Or Benches

There is no tub or extra linen closet.
