Where would you like to spend a cool fall evening watching football or the kids playing in the yard? How about a summer party right at home? Would you enjoy moving your home office to the outdoors on a nice spring day? Try outdoor living with a covered rear porch and more!

Almost all of our communities and floor plans offer the option of a covered rear porch – basements, too. Â You can screen it in and you can add an outdoor fireplace. Some plans come with a small one as standard and some plans offer a second covered rear porch option. Â Only our townhome communities cannot accommodate a covered rear porch.

Adding additional uncovered patios to outdoor living:

On a slab home, there is also the option to add extra concrete for an additional uncovered area. This is a great place for entertaining or a place to grill.

Ranch plans offer a few outdoor living options:

Some ranch plans come with a small covered rear porch, some have the option to enlarge it, and some only have the option to add it. Most offer the option to add an outdoor fireplaces, too.

Most of our floor plans can have the rear porch or deck covered, depending on the stage of building. You can also add outdoor fireplaces, screen it in or add deck stairs.
